Thanks to our volunteers, off to a busy start today

Volunteers have responded to four incidents overnight and this morning in Nether Providence Township. A multiple injury accident, a faulty fire alarm, an overheated vehicle thought to have been on fire, and a faulty carbon monoxide (CO) alarm. All of these incidents require the response of professionally trained firefighters. We are so lucky to have such dedicated and prepared volunteers who respond at all hours of the day and night to answer the call.

Another busy day

Volunteers staffed Rescue 51 this afternoon to cover the Broomall Fire Company while they battled a house fire. A second crew took Squad 51 to the Media Santa Parade at the same time then responded with the Garden City Fire Company to a fire alarm on Medbury Rd.
